We have been friends with Milton and Pat since the mid 60s. After Tom and my retirement in 1990 we made several trips with them to Las Vegas. What fun times. We also had many card games with them. They were both fierce competitors. We laughed a lot. Milton and Tom were both classic car collectors. We had some good laughs at some of the purchases they made. Example the big SUV they bought at Leake auction at Market Center. What a bummer!!! We cherish all our fond memories. Milton was a great and fun friend. May he Rest In Peace and join Pat in heaven. Vonda and Terry, when Milton was a teenager he had a parakeet. He trained Petey to talk and do all kinds of things. When Milton was home Petey would ride around on his shoulder. Once when we were visiting, Grandma was having her house painted. I let Petey out of his cage (wasn't supposed to) and out the door he went. Well, you can imagine how upset I was, but Milton was worse than me. Long story short, we didn't think Petey could survive the night. But, early next morning he was sitting in a tree and came right to Milton when he walked out. I was forgiven. When Milton moved away from home, Petey came to me. Family and friends were always welcome in your parents home. We always loved to visit. Pam

While I was growing up, Milton always made sure I was able to receive a ride in his ‘57 Ford. I was able to see all the changes he made every month to that Ford.

During our visitation times, Milton would always say how good God had been to him.
