McDaniel, Milton E. “Gene” was born on June 15, 1937 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on March 30, 2014 in Richardson, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, James Milton McDaniel and mother, Mildred “Voncille” Bourdene. Gene is survived by his wife, Mary B. McDaniel; daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Paul Cantwell; granddaughters, Charlotte and Rebecca; numerous cousin, nieces and nephews; special cousins, Peggy Brown and Pat Woodson; brother-in-law, Martin Hall and sister-in-law, Evelyn Beard. Service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Hospital, Shrine Hospitals, or Prostate Cancer Foundation.
