He passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018, in Decatur, Texas. Milton will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him.The family requests that visiting hours for Mr. Vance be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 14, 2018 in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
