Ms. Miriam Fowler passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Providence Health Center in Waco,Texas. She was born on December 28, 1940 to her loving and thoughtful parents, Martha Jane Scouler and Marion Oliver Fowler in Steubenville, Ohio. Ms. Fowler worked as a car saleswoman and loved listening to Bochelli and Barry Manilow. She is survived by a daughter, Shannon Jesmer from Holly Lake Ranch, Texas and her grandson, Jeremy Jesmer. Ms. Fowler will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M.
