Moon Larson's Obituary
Moon Larson passed away on October 18, 2016 at age 83 in Plano, Texas. She was born August 8, 1933 in Jochiwon, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea to Sun Chil Lee and Sun Kyong Han. She married her husband, Ken Larson, in 1971 and they eventually settled in Plano, TX in 1979. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband. Moon was an avid gardener and loved to needlepoint and create silk flower arrangements. She was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church. She had a smile that was contagious and a weakness for sweets. Moon was also a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family was her world. Moon was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kenneth Larson. She is survived by her daughter, Sukie Young and husband Eddie of Plano; 4 grandchildren: Monica (Dan), Sean (Kate), Brandon and Chris; 3 great grandchildren: Colton, Lucas and Wyatt. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church, 2019 Valley View Lane, Dallas with the Rosary starting at 6:30 PM. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 21, 2016 at St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Restland in Dallas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
