Morris Eldon Jennings' Obituary
Passed away Febuary 27th at his home in Dallas after suffering with pancreatic cancer. Born July 17, 1931 in Liberty Hill, TX to Wilburn J. Jennings and Alma Seward Jennings. After graduating from high school, he joined the Navy and became a Frogman. He was one of the first 49, seven teams of seven. He served during the Korean War from Feb 1948 thru July 1951. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Jennings; son, Russell Jennings and wife Laurie; daughter, Marla Williams and husband Joe Bob; son, Scott Jennings; one grandson; sister, Mojie Adler; step children, Gary Freemyer and wife Terrie and Debra Gomez and husband Hector; seven step grandchildren; and two step great grandchildren. Services will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Restland Wildwood Chapel, followed by interment at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
