Mozelle Divin's Obituary
Mozelle Divin was born March 13, 1920 in Pine Forest, Texas to Jessie Dewitt and Georgia Mae (Richey) Maddox. She passed away on April 28, 2018 in Mesquite, Texas. Mozelle ran her own drapery business when few women did and was very successful. We will all remember her by the beautiful pieces of crochet and quilts that she made. A beautiful woman will be missed by all the people who’s life she touched in her 98 years on this earth.She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Jesse and Mae Maddox. They were still very much alive in her everyday life. She is also preceded by one of her daughters, Linda McKinley, who passed away in 2009.She is survived by two devoted daughters, Nancy Terry and Dana Cantwell; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; her loving extended family; and numerous friends who loved her and visited with her often.There will be an informal gathering at the graveside at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Restland Memorial Park in the Acacia Section. Please stop by the information booth at the main entrance or stop by the funeral home reception desk for directions.Funeral arrangements are under the care of Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
