I spend many sleep overs at the Cross Bell with Katsy as a child. I cried when she left for the finishing school in Miss. Our paths never met again. I visited her brother E.C. & wife Linda when they were first married & lived in the Cabana next to the Cross Bell shaped pool near the Ranch house. They would keep me informed about Katsy. Their oldest son & my daughter Day played together when toddlers & before I moved to South Texas. Kathy & E.C.'s parents were sweet people even if Gene was a little gruff. Katsy's mother was a priceless, lovely woman whom I admired for her graciousness! My dad, Bill Erwin few the family where ever they needed to go. Rest in Peace Katsy, see you soon.
Feel sad for her family. I did not know her well but some of my friends did and they all said she was a kind lady. One of my childhood Friends James Baker knew her as Kathy Mullendore.
A number of years ago Katsy and i shared service on a jury panel in Harris County.. We knew each other casually; I was better acquainted with her then husband John. It was a pleasant day comparing notes on children and all those things parents in that age group share, I left feeling richer for the experience of spending the day with a lovely lady, wife and mother. God Speed Katsy. My deepest sympathy to her survivors. We share your grief. Jack Morris Rains Houston

Katsy will always be in my heart. She was a good friend to me and taught me so much about life here in Houston. God bless Jim Milford and Slade Brown for introducing me to her. The lessons she taught me have travelled with me all these years. Katsy was not only beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. Anyone who knew her was very blessed. I send my condolences, love and prayers to her entire family. Much love, Sharon Graham
I often remember when Kathleen "supervised" E.C., Katsy and myself to the American Royal steer show where E.C. and I showed steers. Katsy had so many traits of her mother; my thoughts and prayers are with the family. Lee Holcombe
