Myra Anita True's Obituary
TRUE, MYRA ANITA JONES was born November 17, 1923 in Newcastle, Texas and passed away May 7, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by Jack Ames True, husband; William T. Jones and Floris Youngman Jones, parents. Survived by children, Nancy, Connie, and Randy True; grandsons, Marc, Mike, Jason, and Brian Salitore and their families including seven great grandchildren, and grandsons Ryan and Russell True. Myra lived a long and blessed life. She was a devoted wife and mother and grandmother, a gifted third grade teacher for 25 years at Scotsdale Elementary School in El Paso, and in retirement traveled to all seven continents. She loved the Lord and her churches and church families in both Dallas and El Paso. Her quick wit, twinkling eyes and endearing smile will be greatly missed by a host of friends and family. A Memorial Service celebrating Myra’s life will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Northway Christian Church, 7202 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75225. A reception will follow the service in Fellowship Hall at the church.
