Myrna F. Hardy. Born June 11, 1925 –went to be with our Savior on October 11, 2014. Longtime member of East Grand Baptist Church, current member of Lavon Drive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her companion of 28 years, Victor Papoulias. Myrna is survived by her 6 children, David Hardy, Joy Schmidt, Gloria Moore, Nancy Phillips, Becky Mattson, and Truett Hardy; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Myrna Touched many lives over the years, working with children, volunteering her time and always willing to help someone less fortunate. In 2004 Myrna received special recognition from the City of Dallas for volunteering her time. The visitation for Myrna Hardy will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Myrna Hardy will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American BIBLE Society or Happy Hills.
