Mrs Nancy Kelley Behrends' Obituary
BEHRENDS, NANCY KELLEY born in Quanah, TX and fell asleep in Jesus on Friday, August 31, 2007 in Flower Mound, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Behrends. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Janis Miller and husband, Ron; grandsons, Ryan and, Scott and wife, Mary; brothers, Charles Kelley of Plano, and Roy Kelley of Pensacola, FL.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy was a retired office manager for Charter Investments Co. She was a member of the Skillman Church of Christ for over 50 years, as well as a member of several bridge clubs. Nancy was a treasurer in Book Mark Review Club, a volunteer for North Texas Food Bank, and she was also active in the Lake Highland Neighborhood Watch. Nancy loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, mind and strength; and her neighbor as herself. The family would like to give a special thanks to Tod, Trish, Faith, Sonya and all the staff at Cross Timbers and Aleta Hospice.Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Monday, August 3, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2007 in Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Skillman Church of Christ; 3014 Skillman; Dallas, TX 75206.
