Nancy Marlene Rogers Birdsong's Obituary
Born March 4, 1944 in Greenfield, MO, living many years in Golden City, MO and Muskogee, OK. Nancy graduated from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri with a BS in education and taught 5 years in Racine, WI. Preceded in death by her parents and one nephew. Survivors include two nieces and a sister. She is also survived by her beloved dogs, JuLi, Luci, Jiggs and Muffin. Nancy loved to travel, visiting Antarctica, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Peru, China,and Hong King, she also traveled down the Amazon and Nile Rivers. Nancy was a member of Ridgewood Park United Methodist Church, was an active member of her sunday school class, and loved everyone she knew. Memorial Service will take place at 10:30 am, Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Ridgewood Park United Methodist Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
