SMITH, NANCY JEAN LAMSON was born August 27, 1949 in Chester, Pennsylvania and passed away January 4, 2013 in Irving, Texas. Nancy is survived by her husband of 42 years, Larry I. Smith; her children, Shauntella and John Rider, Sean Smith, Micah Smith and Angie Smith; and grandchildren, Jennifer Rider, Jessica Rider, Jordan Rider, Juliette Rider, Britni Extrell, Catlin Smith, Chrystin Smith, Haley Smith, Michael Smith and Dakota Smith. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
