Naomi Lucille Withers was born on Monday, November 7, 1938, in Detroit Michigan to her loving and thoughtful parents, Barney Cox and Thelma Davids.Ms. Naomi Withers is survived by her children, Thomas Withers and wife Rhea Withers, Beverly Withers Stratton and David Withers; grandchildren, Tia Peoples and husband Justin Peoples, Wynston Withers and Kayleigh Withers; great grandchild, Teigen Peoples. Ms. Naomi Lucille Withers will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.The family will receive guests on Friday, August 3, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
