Neale is survived by his wife, Janelle; son, Kevin and wife Michelle; daughter, Staci and husband Jeff Whiteside; grandson, Tanner and granddaughter, Jackie; brother, William Robert . Also survived by his constant shadow Maddie, his loving dog.
