Neil Clark Roach, 74, born September 17, 1943 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Junie and Margaret Roach, passed away November 5, 2017 in Richardson, Texas surrounded by his family.Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Junie and Margaret Roach, Granddaughter Heather Garrett, sister Earlene Hill, brother Wayne Roach and first wife Mary Roach.Neil is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Vickey Roach, daughters; Cathy Thomas and husband Troy, Lisa Bateman and husband Derek, Karen Coogler and husband Kevin, stepchildren; Robin Woolridge and husband Chris, Mike Ridgley and wife Lisa, Randy Ridgley and wife Christie, fourteen grandchildren eight great grandchildren, brother Don Roach and wife Barbara, sister Dr. Cheryl Roach and Myra Mosely and husband Neal as well as numerous nieces and nephews and loving friends.Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
