Nellieanna is lovingly remembered by her nephew, Roger Sewell; her niece, E. Carroll Maxey; her great-grandnieces, Vanessa Maxey, Georgia Maxey, and Lyric Maxey; her grandchild, Kasey Parrott; her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Vincent Parrott; and her stepson, George Hay Jr. She is preceded in death by her adoring husband, George Hay Sr., and her beloved daughter, Dyane Comingore.
Nellieanna was renowned for her sharp sense of humor, inventive mind, and her remarkable ability to navigate life's challenges with both determination and quick wit. Her passion for nature, commitment to exploring new crafts, and flair for creative writing were hallmarks of her vibrant life. Nellieanna's intellect shone brightly through her membership in Mensa, and her artistic talents were celebrated in her designs of beautiful wedding gowns.
Her legacy is one of joy, creativity, and resilience, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Nellieanna will be dearly missed but fondly remembered for the indelible mark she made on the world.
