Pham, Net Thi was born on April 14, 1931 in Vietnam and passed away on August 13, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her sons, Cong Pham, Michael Pham, Tien B. Pham and Tien Pham and daughters, Tuyet Pham, Loan Pham and Bau Kim. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 9:00 PM on Friday, August 16, 2013 in Restland Memorial Chapel. Services will be at 8:00 AM on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Our Mother of Perpetual Help.
