Ngor Siv was born to his loving and thoughtful parents on Monday, February 3, 1941, in Cambodia. Ms. Ngor Siv will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.The family will receive guests on Saturday, Septemeber 23, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
