On Friday our dear precious Noel returned the spirit God had given him. He was a true servant and had fought the fight and finished the race. He will be missed and one day soon we can be together where there is no pain, crying or death.A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 2:00 pm at Waterview Church of Christ 1409 N. Waterview Richardson, TX 75080 972-238-4700. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
