Noel James Watts Sr.'s Obituary
Born December 27, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois; passed away July 3, 2009 in Dallas, Texas. Noel served for the Army Air Corp during World War II, and for the United States Air Force during the Korean War; in his later years, he served as a manager in retail sales. Noel is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Watts; sons, Noel J. Watts, Jr. and wife Georgia, Jerry Ray Watts and wife Betty, Jeffrey Layne Watts and wife Pamela; daughter, Jennifer Marie Darisse and husband John; grandchildren, Jeremy James Watts, Joshua Thomas Watts, Joel Ray Watts, Norman Scantien, Holly Garcia; with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held in Noel’s honor at 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 7, 2009 in Restland Memorial Park, Chapel Garden.
