We lived next door to Nola and William for 23 years. I was surprised to learn the William had attended Woodrow Wilson High School as I had, and even more surprised to learn that William and Nola had met at North Texas State Univ. as Randy and I had. Nola and I both taught high school students in DISD and shared many memories. We would do anything for them and they certainly did the same for us.
We were shocked and so sad to learn of Nola's passing. She was a dear friend, and we will miss very much.
