Mrs. Nora Gideon Lyon's Obituary
Born November 2, 1925 in Muleshoe, Texas and passed away peacefully on January 13, 2021 at her home in Dallas, Texas. She was surrounded by family and friends. Nora had a contagious smile and laugh that will never be forgotten. Nora loved people, and people loved her. Her warm welcoming nature, made people comfortable and enjoy being around her. Filling her time with card games and determination toward crossword puzzles, daily phone calls to friends and family were most important to her. A “close to a world record” owner of Christmas village houses, a huge collection of Owl figurines and her home was filled with memories of her first love, Elvis Presley, Nora went all in on things she loved. Back in the day she was a wonderful dancer. She will be missed greatly.
