Loving daughter and sweetest sister is preceded in death by her parents, Genaro and Catarina Silva; husband, Javier Arreaga and niece, Deborah V. Garcia. Norma is survived by her loving sisters and brothers, Diana Garcia (Santiago), Sylvia Chavoya, Genaro Silva Jr (Patricia), David Silva (Cristina) and numerous nephews and nieces. The visitation for Norma will be from 10:00 to 10:30 AM on Monday, October 20, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. A graveside service for Norma will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 20, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
