Norma C. Henderson's Obituary
Norma Compton Henderson, age 83, passed away peacefully at home on April 18, 2009; born to Marion S. Compton and Anna B. Foote-Compton on September 28, 1925. Norma lived life her way. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed traveling with friends and family. Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lester L. Henderson; and son, Randy Henderson. She is survived by her son, Ron C. Henderson and wife Olivia; grandchildren, Holly, Jennifer and Jason; sisters, Lucy Holcomb, Dodge Hubbard and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Services are scheduled for 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 22, 2009 in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland. Interment will follow in Chapel Gardens Mausoleum, Restland Memorial Park.
