Norma Jean Levy's Obituary
Born October 6, 1928 in Farwell, Texas; passed away August 18, 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas. Norma is survived by her daughters, Jan Duke, Karen Phillips and husband Stan; and son, Tom Levy; as well as numerous family members and friends. Preceding her in death are her parents, Ethel and John Thomas; and her beloved husband, T. Keith Levy. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Friday, August 21, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. A service will be held in Norma’s honor at 12:30 pm, Saturday, August 22, 2009 in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel, with interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Abbey Mausoleum.
