Norma Randall's Obituary
Norma was born in Denison, Texas on July 27th, 1921. She had four siblings-John, Enid, Robert and Doris. Her parents, Bart and Pearl worked hard to raise their children. Pearl, a teacher, instilled strong values of education in her children who always received high marks in school. Aside from being a top student, Norma attended nursing school at Baylor University in Dallas. She earned her RN license, and later returned to school to obtain her Master’s and became a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Norma met her husband, Chester, at Baylor. After they graduated they married in Arkansas before Chester left for the Air Force to serve in WWII. Together, the couple had one daughter-Rita. Norma worked at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, but was also involved with the PTA, Girl Scouts, and her Methodist Church. She was always the first person to offer help to anyone in need, and still loves to help! She also loves listening to music, singing, gardening, being outside, animals, and dancing.
