Norma Elmeda Wheeler's Obituary
WHEELER, NORMA ELMEDA MCPHERSON 93, of Frisco, TX passed away February 13, 2013. Born February 15, 1919 in Canton, OH, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, James C. Wheeler. Norma had a zest for life and was rarely without a witty observation. An avid reader and creative writer, she loved to dance, play bridge and any game-and she usually won. Even in her 90’s she embraced modern technology with her iPads. She is survived by her daughters, Diane Schaffer and husband, Barry of Frisco, TX and Wendy Wheeler and husband , John Chapman of Little Rock, AR; grandsons, Bret Crosby and wife, Nikki of Dallas, TX and Casey Crosby and wife, Michelle of Austin, TX; and great granddaughters, Violet, Aven and Corbyn. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to any hospice organization or charity of your choice.
