NOUBOUALYVANH, NOY Born September 14, 1951 in Laos and passed away March 4, 2012 in Garland, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Hong Kham Nouboualyvanh and her brother, Long Nouboualyvanh. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, March 9th and Saturday, March 10th at Restland Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, March 11th at Restland Memorial Chapel.
