Oeung Ouch was born on May 2, 1953 in Cambodia and passed away May 11, 2015 in Plano, Texas. Oeung is survived by his wife, Navy Yun; daughter, Somay Ouch and husband, Sam Khammanivong; brothers, Em Ouch, Ith Ouch. A memorial service for Oeung Ouch will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
