Olive Estelle Kramer's Obituary
Olive passed away at her home in Dallas with family by her side on January 15, 2009 at the age of 94. Preceded in death by her husband Guy “Bill” Kramer; her son Kenneth Alan Kramer and her grandson David Scott Sanders. She is survived by two daughters Kathryn Kramer of Richardson and Marilyn O’Dell of Phoenix; four grandchildren Debbie Tippett of Carrollton, Flossie Stiles of Highland Village, Jon Sanders of Carrollton and Shannon O’Dell of Phoenix. She also leaves seven great grandchildren Robin Sager, Britt Tippett, Will Tippett, Katie Tippett, Addison Stiles, Haiden Stiles and Ethan Stiles. Born in Derry, PA to Florence S. Stevens and William A. Cromwell in 1914. She had two sisters, Dorothy “dot” and Florence. Olive married Bill Kramer in January 1940. The couple settled in Dallas in 1954 to raise their three children. Olive had a love of sports, horseracing and travel, particularly Las Vegas where she had just returned from a trip this fall with her grandchildren Jon, Debbie and Flossie. It will be a cherished memory for all. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Ebony Richardson for her care and support. A special thanks to Jean Buxton and Linda Avery for their constant companionship and devotion to Olive. A private graveside service will be held at Restland Memorial Park.
