COOK, ONITA Born August 13, 1918 in Kaufman, Texas and passed away December 22, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. Survived by sons, Wayne Cook, Ronald Cook, and Jerry Cook; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and siblings, Roy Blair and Bernice McKnight. Services will be held at 3:00pm, Tuesday, December 27th at Restland Wildwood Chapel with open visitation prior to the service.
