CHARLES, OPAL E. Born on December 28, 1908 passed away on January 17, 2011. Opal is survived by her daughter Patsy L. Charles, niece Christine McKee, and her church family at the 1st Baptist Church in Dallas. Her visistation will be Thursday, January 21, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home from 9:00am to 1:45pm. Graveside service wlll be at 2:00pm at Restland Memorial Park.
