Opal Estelle Mills' Obituary
MILLS, OPAL ESTELLE PERRY Born December 6, 1920 to parents Alvin Lee Perry and Maude Jane Rockholt Perry, in Achille,Ok.. The family moved to Corpus Christi,Tx. during the Dust Bowl in the 1920’s. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Also preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Billie Martin, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter. She is survived by 3 daughters, Joann Morey of Flippin, Ark., Shirley Smith Smart and husband Sonny Smart of Lone Oak, Tx., Joyce Lemmons and husband, William Lemmons of Royse City, Tx., 14 Grandchildren, 30 Great-Grand children, 32 Great-Great Grand Children. Also survived by a sister Ramona Bullard and brother Oliver (Topper) Perry. Many nieces and nephews. She was a life long Assembly of God Member and loved to sing and listen to Gospel Music. Retired as an LVN from Golden Acres Nursing Home in 1985.
