He was born on Wednesday, November 28, 1917, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Stephen A. Rogers and Lillie Leona Johnston in Hubbard, Texas. Orville will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
