I am so sad to hear Rodge has gained his wings. I met Rodge in the early 1980 when he worked at the bank downtown. He always had a smile & made me smile. Lost track of him but was reconnected about 2 years ago. He was telling me how happy he was with his life now, had a really good lady & loved all his kids & his grands and was so proud of them all. Sent me pictures of them all so I could see how beautiful and handsome they are. I know he will truly be missed by his family.
I sent him a birthday wish but didn't hear back from him so I knew something was not right as he always text me back. So today I went searching on the Internet and found his obituary. I am sending my deepest sympathy and condolences to all his family. Rodge may you R.I.P. & fly high my friend. I will truly miss you.

I was devastated when I found out about my friend, we texted everyday and I texted him on his birthday and after that I didn’t hear from him and then I received a texted message from his wife and she told me the news.
I met Oscar many years ago at Republic bank, his laugh was contagious and he had a beautiful smile. I will truly miss my friend. My prayers and condolences to the family.

Oscar, I was taken abreast when I received the news of your home going. It seems as if it was yesterday we were sharing memories. My visits to Texas will not be the same without reaching out to you.
