Ottilia Borges, 89, of Plano, Texas passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on Sunday, November 2, 1930, to her loving and thoughtful parents in Danbury, CT. Ottilia will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
