Ouneheuane Daraphonh's Obituary
The Laotian community sadly lost a pillar on April 7, 2021, when Mr.
Ouneheuane Daraphonh, age 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at his residence in Rockwall, Texas.
Mr. Ouneheuane was born to Thitpheng and Chanhpheng
Daraphonh on June 14, 1938, in Luang Prabang, Laos.
Mr. Ouneheuane is survived by his hometown wife of over 60 years,
Mrs. Khamphou Daraphonh (née Orasith), whom he married in the
summer of 1960. Mr. Ouneheuane is also survived by his two
daughters and their respective partners, Manivone (husband,
Khamsy) and Kesone (husband, Syamphay). Mr. Ouneheuane will be
fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Tony, Veda, Jeffrey,
Tiffany, and Brittany. Mr. Ouneheuane is also survived by one great granddaughter, Charlotte. Numerous extended family members,
those whom he touched in the Laotian community, and dear friends,
will forever honor and memorialize Mr. Ouneheaune’s memories
and legacy as a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and
great-grandfather, and respected member of the community. He
will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Service will be held in memory of Mr. Ouneheuane
Daraphonh on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 9:30am at Restland Funeral
Home, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX, 75243.
