I feel we are slowly loosing many of our Greatest Generation. My Great Uncle Hank was one of those. I looked forward to the yearly trek to Waxahachie, TX and having Uncle Hank ask, "How you doing Buddy?" There was always something in the delivery that was comforting. I heard that question from the earliest time I can remember to the age of 38. This is something that I will truly miss, the sincerity of an everyday question. Anyone and everyone who came into contact with Hank should use his legacy as an example. Family is the richest thing in life and a simple question or gesture can leave the biggest impression. It certainly did with me.
