Della and I moved into an old house on San Antonio Street in Austin in 1972. Pam and her girlfriend lived above us, and they and Bill welcomed us so warmly. Mike Scanio lived in another upstairs unit. The seven of us shared lots of beer and laughter. Happy memories from that time.

I was a BA high school classmate of Pam’s and remember her well and very fondly and am saddened to hear of her battle with Parkinson’s and her recent passing. How Pam is described in her obituary is very much the Pam I knew back then. My husband Larry and I last saw Pam in the early summer of 1969 at the wedding of two other BA classmates of ours, Jan Clark and Bill Ziegler, at First Presbyterian Church in Dallas. Sending thoughts and prayers to Pam’s husband Bill, her son Aaron and her brother Howard.
