Dear Mary Catherine and Family,
It is with such sadness Boots and learned of Pamela's passing after so many weeks of joining you in prayer. Having attended her Memorial online, it was comforting to hear that she exhibited the same grace when she passed as she exhibited throughout her faith-filled life.
Truly, her Memorial was as beautiful as any we have ever attended. It was so reflective of all she was in Christ, and a powerful testimony to His continued work in the lives of those she so profoundly loved.
Wade's heartfelt and beautifully expressed remembrances, the many passages of Scripture so courageously read by each of you, the magnificent flowers, lovely hymn, powerful message, and, oh my, Burt's magnificent a Capella solo, "Going over Jordan, Going Home", all worked together to make it so.
Pamela will continue to be missed as she has been since her illness. Still, she will remain an ever-presence in our hearts as any remembrance of her countenance is to recall that she exuded love, warmth, hospitality, acceptance, and sincerity.
May the Lord bless and keep each of you.
With deepest sympathy,
Susan Nowlin (and Boots)
