Pascual Correa Carrillo's Obituary
Pascual Correa Carrillo (11/2/1944-9/24/2020) lived the American dream. He moved from Zacatecas, Mexico to Chicago, Illinois at the age of 15. At age 22 he met his wife of 52 years, Shirley Jones. Pascual had a career with Western Electric and its successor companies, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Corporate moves led him to Texas in 1984. He was also known as a savvy investor, allowing him to retire at the age of 55.
Pascual was proud of his Roman Catholic faith and his devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mother. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Correa; daughters, Linda Correa and Shirley Bob; son-in-law, Matthew Bob; and grandchildren, Olivia, Victoria, Ava, Hailey, Regis, and Kevin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pascual and Carmen Correa; his brothers, Rigoberto and Arturo Correa; and sister, Martha Correa.
A rosary prayer service will be held on Wednesday, September 30 at 7pm at The Bob Residence, 9500 Inwood Road, Dallas, Texas. The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 1, at 11:00am at St. Rita Catholic Church at 12525 Inwood Road, Dallas, Texas 75244. Gravesite service to follow.
