Patricia Macaluso Adkins' Obituary
Patricia Macaluso Adkins went to be with Jesus on October 7th, 2015, peacefully in her home with her family. Born in Hammond, Louisiana, Pat spent most of her life in Dallas, Texas with her 4 beloved daughters Barbara, Valerie, Rosemary, and Linda. Survived by her daughters, grandchildren Tonia, Andrew, Aaron, and Abby, and great-grandson Brendan, being with family always brought joy to her life, as it did to all those around her. She was an adored part of our family who will be dearly missed by so many that were close to her. She will be remembered for her unwavering kind spirit, as a true friend and confidant to all, and a servant of the Lord. She was an active member of her church where she volunteered for many years; her devotion to Christ was unfaltering. Patricia was intelligent and wise, artistic, beautiful and hardworking, she was a woman that we could look to for guidance and strength. She was a selfless mother, who would sacrifice anything to see others succeed and find happiness. We will celebrate her life on Friday, October 16th at her Church home, Lake Ridge Bible Church in Mesquite, Texas at 1PM, with a reception to follow. Though she will be greatly missed, we find comfort knowing that she is resting in the sweetest of peace, watching over all of those she loved. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243
