I just saw the sad news that Patricia had passed away. I was trying to find her on Facebook to say hello. I am so sorry. I loved the picture of Patricia and her cat, Pearl. She loved that cat. I will always remember how beautiful Patricia was inside and out. Brenda
Patricia was always so loving and forgiving. She dressed so elegant and always looked so pretty. We had so many good times together. Since Christopher was about two, we would spend Christmas with her at her house. So Santa would come and visit Christopher. She always gave me beautiful and thoughtful gifts. We would attend her church where she was a member of the choir which always made it special to hear her sing. The past few years, she invited me to spend time with her and this past Christmas she was not able to get around much so we spent alot of time talking. We always enjoyed shopping together and then we would eat at our favorite place Mi Cocinas and have fajitas. She would come and see me and her friend Jane came and they invited Pam and Judy over and they talked about their high school days along with all the other good times they had together. I first became acquainted with Patricia when she was my children's Quest teacher. Then I began substituting at Quest and got to know her better. I greatly admired Patricia. She was a genuinely thoughtful person. I enjoyed her dry sense of humor! She had such a positive influence on her students. I will miss her.
I got to know Patricia when I started to work for Quest. She was such a wonderful teacher and the kids loved her. When I think of Patricia I think of her laugh. She loved to laugh. She had a wonderful heart and a tremendous faith in God. She knew He would carry her through this terrible illness and give her peace. I will miss her very much.

When we were young Patricia and I were the only members of our family that were about the same age. Our other cousins that were in our age group lived of town. Her nickname to me, and our Aunts and Uncles was "PookaKay", and she always laughed and smiled when she got called that. Over the years, I'm afraid I have forgotten how the nickname came to be. People loved her because of her sense of humor and optimism. My cousin Patricia, I love her and miss her.
