I was so excited and thrilled to see Mr.&Mrs.Jebavy in an anniversary article in the news paper some time ago. I looked up their phone number and called to congratulate them, and to thank Mrs.Jebavy for her years of being my girl scout leader. She said she remembered me… I was sorry to hear that Barbara had died of cancer…but was glad to know that she had reconnected with her childhood friend, Becky Moisier. I remembered them from grade school and being in 4th grade together,& Mr.Means being our teacher. What a giving lady,Mrs.Jebavy was…God bless her soul with rich rewards for serving so unselfishly for all the years of her life. She was always kind and patient with the girls in our troop. I remember her teaching us to embroider a pot holder for our mothers for a Mother's Day gift…. one of the happy memories of childhood. Pat was a wonderful lady. Her husband Bob and my husband Robert worked together at Southern Union Gas Company in Dallas for many years. We live in the same neighborhood. Last time I saw her, she was standing in front of her house with her poodle – I was driving by and stopped to visit with her. She is be missed. Judy Utay
