Patricia Jo Osborn, 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, in Richardson, Texas. She was born on Saturday, February 17, 1945, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Robert Hoese and Verie Frye in Salt Lake City, UT. Patricia Jo Osborn will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.She married David Smith on August 1984, in Oklahoma. She was a Professor and also a member of Alpha Chi Omega.She is survived by spouse David Smith, Dallas, TX, son Jonathan Smith, Dallas, TX.Graveside service for Patricia Jo Osborn will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Garden of Memories at Restland Memorial Park.Funeral arrangements for Ms. Patricia Jo Osborn have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
