Patricia Ann Ragan born in Dallas, Texas, October 24, 1952 and passed November 13, 2014 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 1970. She is survived by her husband, Robert Ragan; her chinese pug, Spanky; parents, CD and Vi Smith; sisters and spouses, Carren and Ross Fasolino; BJ and Mark Singer; Cynthia Smith and John Owen; brother, Garry Smith and daughters, Piper and Mia Smith; nieces and nephews, Angelique Greene and sons, Jaedyn and Xandeur Greene, Major Sean and Lee Ann Dublin and daughters, Samantha and Michaella Dublin; Amanda and Chris Harris, along with aunts, uncles, many cousins and countless loved ones. Patricia’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Services for Patricia will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
