Patricia H. Rosar's Obituary
Rosar, Patricia was born on June 28, 1935 in Dallas, Texas and passed away peacefully in her sleep March 12, 2014 in Lewisville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rosar; son, Steve Rosar and sister, Mary Jo Whirley. Patricia, who went by Pat when she was younger and by Mima later in life, raised five children, relished the time she spent in Colorado, loved a good cup of coffee, got giddy at Christmas time, enjoyed watching baseball her entire life, took pleasure in beating anyone in a board game and in playing Salad Bowl, appreciated a good old movie, loved spending time outside on her orange couch, would enjoy her trips to the library and then spending time reading [even if it had to be big print books], liked shopping with her daughter at the Second Home Furniture store,was proud of the walks she would take to stay looking good, loved holding and hugging her great grandchildren, and was a stranger to no one….she would talk to anyone that would listen! Patricia is survived by her 4 children Brenda Moreno, Mark Anthony Rosar, Eric Rosar, Greg Rosar; son-in-law, Edward; daughters-in-law, Michelle Catherine and Layla; 12 grandchildren, Paul, MaryAnn, Christopher Michael, John Paul, Benjamin Thomas, Anneliese Therese Marie, Jon, Emerson, Cameron, Afton, William, Harrison; 4 great-grandchildren, Gracie, Kaleb, Kennedy, Eli Andrew Oliver; sisters, Virginia, Frankie, Linda; brother, Frank and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
