Patricia Anne Smiddy's Obituary
Patricia “Patty” Smiddy passed away on May 17, 2015 after a brief, but courageous, battle with cancer. Patty was born on October 4, 1956 in Fort Worth to Kenneth and Helen Hallmark. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Rhea Smiddy; daughter and son-in-law, Risa and Philip Hunt, and their children Madeline, Lauren, Sydney, and Peyton; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Juli Smiddy, and children Nathan, Hannah, and Mavyn; son, Bill Smiddy and his daughter, Erin; sister, Jan Young; brothers, Steve and Kenneth Hallmark; and many more family and friends. The visitation for Patricia Smiddy will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. A celebration of Patricia Smiddy’s life will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 12:30 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
