Patricia was born in Eldorado, Arkansas, in 1937. Growing up in Southeast Arkansas during the 1950s provided some of her happiest early memories. She met Don at the age of 18, and they were married three months later. Together, they enjoyed a life full of love, travel, family, and friends. Always seeking adventure and always together, they created a beautiful family with three children: Dennis, Heidi, and Jeffery. They resided in the Dallas, Texas, area for many years before building a lovely new home in Kerrville, Texas, where they relocated in 2001. The memories they created together will continue to be cherished for a lifetime by all who knew and loved them. Patricia was a devoted mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She guided others with her wisdom, humor, and love. She loved her family immensely and was deeply grateful for the blessings God bestowed upon her. A woman of strong faith, Patricia found peace in God’s handiwork and the beauty of nature, particularly in her later years. Patricia had a zest for life. She loved a good party, all genres of music, laughter with friends, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was passionate about books, art, antiques, and took great pride in her timeless sense of style. She embodied the charm and graciousness of a true Southern lady and was always a welcoming and stylish hostess. Patricia dedicated much of her life to helping others, striving to make a difference in any way she could. She was generous, compassionate, kind-hearted, and made friends easily. Children especially held a special place in her heart. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
